1. CREDIT CARDS: All information must be accurate and printed in Large Capitals for proper verification. Incomplete information cannot be processed and will delay your booking confirmation.

2. A deposit is required for 2 nights accommodation / taxi (limousine), Golf Package(50%) or any extra services requested (in full), this may be debited against your credit card.

4. A booking charge of 20% will be made against the credit card if your confirmed reservation is cancelled. (see condition 5 below)

5. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of confirmed arrival date NO REFUND - but held as a deposit against a future holiday with Club Penthouse, within 12 months.
