With the Penthouse Hotel fully booked, and with many regulars expecting to witness
the opening of a normal swimming pool, the Penthouse Hotel/Kitten Club
unveiled it's latest masterpiece. Not a normal swimming pool but, the 'Ultimate Pleasure
Pool'. Just like many of the much sought after 'Special Boutique Theme Rooms', a
'Tantalizingly Designed Spa-Pool-Gym' that had many of the Grand Opening guests
gasping.

Master of Ceremonies for the day, 'Penthouse Inspiration' Dudley, the architect of this 'Majestic Pleasure
Thriller' & 'Reality Dream Machine'. Also the brains behind all that goes on at the
Penthouse Hotel/Kitten Club, (good things that is). Normally a man of many words he took
just a couple of minutes to explain his latest masterpiece and his own 'Personal Pool Fantasy'.
Predictably this can not be printed here. For more details speak to Dudley the next time you see
him. The 'Grand Opening Ribbon' was cut by the recently crowned Kitten of 2003 Khun
Tai. Dressed in a very revealing two piece which certainly caught the eye of our Bangkok based
computer flyer updater. For reasons that I am not sure of he will have to remain nameless, we
can refer to him as Flyer. Flyer not normally a drinker had been persuaded to have a glass of
Champagne with his Christmas Day breakfast and now, three hours later, it looked like he had
taken a liking to "Champers" as he was behaving somewhat lecherously.. With the ribbon cut
Flyer suddenly grabbed Tai and they crashed into the pool. All assembled guests, glass of Champagne in hand,
then toasted the new pool as Flyer and Tai then explored all the possibilities....

Grand Opening over it was time to concentrate on the Penthouse Hotel/Kitten Club
Christmas Party, as usual a sell out. The food available was unbelievable. Every thing you could
have imagined was there plus wine and Champagne. This carried on into the evening with a free
buffet in Kitten Club and even more free drinks. Great value at US$40 for a Christmas Feast and
as much as you can drink till midnight. This years was even more successful than 2002. The Pool-Spa-
Gym really added another dimension to the whole day and as darkness fell not only Flyer and
Tai were enjoying their new found freedom in the pool...

We followed this up with the New Year Party which again was the most successful ever. Same
price as Christmas, food and Champagne included.

The Penthouse Hotel/Kitten Club Christmas & New Year Parties continue to be without doubt

The latest Penthouse Hotel room to be added to the already varied and special selection of 'Boutique Suites' is room 220, also known as Penthouse Party 3.

Entrance Area: To the left is the door leading to the quite unique balcony
overlooking the Pool, Jacuzzi Whirlpool and Waterfall Spa with tables &
chairs (shared only with room 219). Very popular. A good place to chill out
day and night and watch what is going on below. To the right is the separate
Marble Tiled Bathroom & Toilet with Multi Shower Wash Basin and Mirrors,
Chrome & Gold Fittings, Shower Curtain for the shy.

to invite a guest(s) to your room (god forbid) they might decide they would
like to inspect the contents of the safe & this could lead to problems....

The room is made up twice a day, abundant towels, 24 hour room service and

New Guy in Town

A new arrival in town (Pattaya) decided to have a night on the town, Dieter from
Bochum. We gave him all the normal advice. Don't get too drunk, stay in the
main tourist areas etc. etc. Well Dieter did have a few drinks and as the night wore
on he became quite drunk. Anyway, he eventually found himself way down the
walking street towards the new Jetty. In one particular bar he noticed a very well
endowed, tall and beautiful looking girl. Dieter and the girl got talking and they went
back to her place.
After a long night of love making Dieter rolls over and notices some framed pictures of
other men. Three pictures in fact. He asked about the first picture a European. "Is this
your husband or boyfriend". "No" she says nibbling his ear just a friend. He then asks
about the second a man from Japan. "Well is this your husband or boyfriend" "No
No No" she says , playing with his crouch, "just a friend." He then asks about the third
picture a young looking Thai boy. "This must be your husband or boyfriend," she laughs,
"No No No" she says, playing with his balls "That's me before the surgery."

Wan - 23 on February 14th. Our Valentine girl from Bangkok.She would like to
meet Brad Pitt and star in a movie with him. Brad your next leading lady is ready

New Feature - Property in Pattaya

On a regular basis we are asked about buying property in Thailand and,
as much as we will always want you to stay with us, we realize that
Thailand does have investment potential. Also, if you are thinking of
moving to Thailand to live, living here can also be very good as long
as you quickly learn the rules. This is not so easy as you can't buy a
book of rules. You learn by experience, common sense and, sometimes,
you can get good advise from expats. We say sometimes as not all
expats will have your best interests at heart.

Collectively we have expats with us with about 30 years experience of
living and working in Thailand, Pattaya, Jomtien and Bangkok.
If you have a question or you would like some advise we will try to help.

We have just had a request from Tom, a regular traveller to Thailand
for the last 20 years. With retirement just around the corner Tom is
thinking about dividing his retirement time between Thailand and the
UK and he is thinking about buying a Condominium. His question is
can he legally buy a Condominium in Thailand 100% in his name.
The answer is yes. Foreigners can own Condominiums 100% in their
own name in Thailand. In fact there are many foreigners who own
Condominiums in Thailand. It is very easy to buy a Condominium in
Thailand. It is more complicated, but possible to own land and
houses but more of that another time.

If anyone reading this has already bought a Condominium in Thailand and
has some experiences, good or bad, that they would like to share with
Tom then send us an e-mail and we will pass it on. In fact we could also
include any experiences that readers have had in the news letter. Send us
what you have and, if we print it, there will be a free drink for you in

Just one additional buying advice tip for this week. Always remember that
you are the buyer and you will have bidders (owners or agents) who want
you to buy their property. Make sure that you have at least 3 bidders on
your bid list. That could be three different properties, in which case you
can select the property that is closet to your actual requirement or, if
you have your heart set on one property and are using an agent, try and
find 2 other agents selling the same property. Consider all 3 bids and
then select the one that suits you best. Cost is a major consideration,
all 3 agents could be offering different prices, but also look out for what
kinds of After Sales Services are available
